Taldini started with a simple frustration: most home pieces sit at one of two extremes. Either they're disposable — the kind of thing that looks wrong within a month and worse within a year — or they're priced as heirlooms, which is a lot to ask of a hallway mirror.
We wanted the middle. Considered, well-made things for real homes, at prices that let you finish a room rather than agonize over one corner of it.
How we choose
Everything here is picked piece by piece. We look for shape first — a mirror that carries a wall, a lamp that reads well switched off, a rug that sits quietly under furniture instead of shouting at it. Then materials: oak and walnut, travertine, brass, matte black metal, wool and linen. Warm neutrals that work with what you already own.
If something only photographs well, it doesn't make the cut.
How we describe things
Honestly. Real dimensions, real materials, real finishes, and the practical notes you actually need — whether a rug is washable, whether a sconce is hardwired, what a lamp takes for a bulb. No invented urgency, no fake reviews, no badges that mean nothing.
Getting it to you
Free delivery on every order, with no minimum spend, tracked the whole way. Thirty days to live with a piece and send it back if it isn't right — a room takes time to settle, and you should be allowed that time.
Talking to us
Email support@taldini.com and a person replies, usually within a day. If you're unsure between two sizes or two finishes, ask — we'd rather help you choose once than process a return.
