In these Terms of Service (these "Terms"), the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Taldini, which operates this website and the store located at taldini.com, as well as all of the content, software, systems, data, and other products and services offered in connection with the store (collectively, the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify’s platform so that we can provide you with the highest quality Services.

Delivery commences from the moment the order leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the carrier. From that point on, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you.

We use Shopify’s infrastructure to design and operate our online store. However, any purchase of products is made directly from Taldini, not from Shopify.
