This notice explains your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and under similar laws in other US states. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What “Sell” and “Share” Mean
Under California law these terms are broader than they sound. They do not only cover exchanging personal information for money:
- Sell: disclosing personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration.
- Share: disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising — showing you ads on other websites based on your activity on ours.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like most online stores, we use advertising and analytics tools that may qualify as “sharing” under these definitions.
What We May Share
- Identifiers: device identifiers, cookie IDs, and IP address.
- Internet activity: pages and products viewed, items added to cart, and purchases.
- Commercial information: records of products purchased or considered.
- Inferences: preferences drawn from your browsing and purchase activity.
This information may be shared with advertising and analytics partners so that we can measure how our marketing performs and show you relevant ads. We do not share your name, address, or payment details for advertising purposes.
Personal Information of Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age.
How to Opt Out
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email support@taldini.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. Please include the email address you use with our store so that we can locate your records.
We will action your request and confirm by email. There is no charge for this, and you do not need an account with us to make the request.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission to act for you, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Verification
We do not need to verify your identity to process an opt-out request. For other privacy requests — such as access, correction, or deletion — we will ask for enough information to confirm that you are the person the data relates to.
No Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of your privacy rights.

- Right to know: what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to delete: ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit: restrict our use of sensitive personal information.
